Spindle Professional is a document distribution application that sits between you and your printers -intelligently creating, adjusting, sending, and archiving the printed output of virtually ANY software application.

Spindle analyses information on your printed documents, and uses customisable business rules to manipulate the print job – adding backgrounds and images, selecting the correct printer, making PDF archive copies,  and even deciding whether to send it via email, fax, post, or even all three.

Spindle can be linked to your Practice Management database and extracts data that can be used to control how documents are printed – client by client.
